The Real You
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Real You class is a welcoming, faith-centered experience where women gather to slow down, remove the pressure of perfection, and reconnect with their God-given identity. As participants apply makeup, they are guided through corresponding reflection prompts and Scripture that invite them to pause, reflect, and renew their minds. Each layer becomes a moment of truth—releasing false labels, embracing God’s promises, and gently rebuilding from the inside out. The process connects outer application with inner healing, helping women not only learn simple makeup techniques, but also experience deeper clarity, confidence, and alignment with who God created them to be. We will laugh, cry, and be reminded that we are not alone. Our classes are donation-based, and the generosity of our partners and our class attendees allows us to extend this same experience into women’s shelters, pregnancy resource centers, reentry programs, and other environments where women may not otherwise have access to faith-based programming. In this way, every gathering creates a ripple of impact, extending far beyond the room you’re in.
What we provide:

• Tips for healthy skincare and simple routines
• Techniques to enhance — not mask — your natural features
• Encouragement that connects outer confidence with inner beauty
• A supportive, judgment-free environment where every woman is valued
What to Bring
Please bring your favorite makeup and skincare items you already own and love:
• Skincare products (serums, moisturizers, eye creams)
• Foundation or tinted moisturizer
• Concealer
• Powder (if you use it)
• Bronzer or blush
• Eyebrow products
• Mascara & simple eye products (eyeshadow, eyeliner)
• Lip products (balm, gloss, lipliner and or lipstick)
• Makeup brushes (sponges are provided)
